Belt Conveyor Cleaner
The belt cleaner plays an important role in the conveyor. The materials on the conveyor belt often contain viscous substances, such as coal dust, mud and powdery materials. Some of them will stick to the working surface of the conveyor belt, which cannot be completely unloaded when is charging. With the belt running, they will stick to the idler, which will cause serious consequences for a long time. In operation, if the sticked materials on the tail pulley is removed artificially, it is easy to cause serious casualties.
Prevent materials from entering the idler
The material enters into the shell of the idlers, thus increasing the bearing wear. The material adhered to the shell of the idlers will damage and roughen the surface glue of the conveyor belt, accelerating the damage of the conveyor belt.
Prevent the material from adhering to the pulley surface
The material adheres to the surface of the tail return pulley, and the more it adheres, the more it will cause the conveyor belt to deviate, increase the wear of the conveyor belt, and lead to adverse consequences. If the material sticks to the driving pulley and increases the friction to the pulley, the rubber on the conveyor belt surface and the rubber coating on the pulley will be damaged.
Reduce dust and other environmental pollution
If the materials are not removed in time, a blanking area will be formed in the whole working channel, which will cause environmental pollution, increase the amount of cleaning labor, affect the physical and mental health of employees, and increase the cost of the enterprise.
Primary Conveyor Belt Cleaners
Primary conveyor belt cleaners are essential for improving efficiency and durability in conveyor systems. The primary scraper has a more aggressive and robust blade to handle additional materials.
The primary scraper is strategically positioned at the discharge end of the conveyor. This allows it to act as the first line of defense against carryback. It actively cleans the conveyor immediately after material transport.

Abrasion Resistant Steel Plate
Abrasion resistant (AR) steel plate is a high-carbon alloy steel plate. This means that AR is harder due to the addition of carbon, and formable and weather resistant due to added alloys.
Carbon added during the formation of the steel plate substantially increases toughness and hardness, but reduces strength. Therefore, AR plate is used in applications where abrasions and wear and tear are the main causes of failure, such as industrial manufacturing, mining, construction and material handling. AR plate is not ideal for structural construction uses like support beams in bridges or buildings.
