Introduction

Variety of module specifications
Considering the diversity of quarry conveyor specifications, the Quarry duty impact bed is designed with a variety of module lengths and widths. For example, there are short modules for small conveyors and long modules for large conveyor systems; the width is adapted to the width of common conveyor belts, which ensures that they can be flexibly applied to different conveyor scenarios.
Quick connecting device
The modules are equipped with quick connecting devices, such as special high-strength snap or bolt connecting components, which can quickly complete the splicing without the need for complicated tools and long time debugging when installing compared to the common connecting methods; and can be easily separated when disassembling, which greatly shortens the installation and maintenance time of the buffer bed.
Adjustable support structure
The bottom of each module is designed with an adjustable support structure. By rotating the screw or adjusting the position of the wedge-shaped block, the height and angle of the buffer bed can be adjusted accurately according to the actual installation environment (such as the level of the ground, the height of the conveyor frame) and the operating conditions of the conveyor belt (such as the belt tension, operating speed), to ensure the optimal fit between the buffer bed and the conveyor belt.
