Rubber disc return roller mainly consists of center shaft, rubber disk, bearing and end cover. The center shaft is made of high-strength carbon steel or alloy steel to ensure that it can withstand the heavy pressure of the conveyor belt and materials. The rubber discs are evenly arranged on the shaft and are made of wear-resistant and elastic natural or synthetic rubber. The surface texture design, such as serrated or grooved, enhances the cleaning effect on the surface of the conveyor belt. The bearings are mounted on both ends of the shaft and are either deep groove ball bearings or tapered roller bearings depending on the load and speed, and are equipped with a sealing device to prevent the entry of dust, moisture and other impurities. End caps, made of metal, are mounted on both ends of the rollers to protect the internal components. |
