
1. Dress neatly and hold valid identification to work.

3. The driver must clearly signal and follow the prescribed signal instructions to start and stop the conveyor. Before starting up, check whether all connecting fasteners and safety facilities are complete and secure.
4. When the conveyor is running, pay attention to the operation of the belt at all times. When the belt is found to be off track, scratched, or the joints are severely damaged, and the temperature and sound of the rollers, drums, and electrical machinery parts are abnormal, the machine should be stopped immediately and reported to professional personnel for handling before continuing to start.
5. Operate the spray switch according to the drying degree of coal to conduct spray dust reduction.
6. When skidding or getting stuck, the cause should be identified and dealt with properly.
7. When dealing with blockage in the chute, it is necessary to follow the relevant regulations of the coal preparation plant to implement the power outage system, assign a dedicated person for supervision, and prohibit single person operation.
8. When dealing with deviation, it is strictly prohibited to directly contact the conveyor belt with hands, feet, or other parts of the body.
9. Regularly clean the equipment and environmental hygiene in the class to ensure a clean environment. It is prohibited to clear goods inside or near rotating parts or assist with operations inside the belt conveyor.
10. Clearly explain the operation status and precautions of the equipment in this shift to the incoming personnel, and keep good job records.
