The function of this section is to load material smoothly onto the flat belt and then, through a series of transitional idlers, gently form the belt from a flat profile into a closed, circular pipe.
Line and Curve Section Idler Panels
This is the "escort fleet" that maintains the pipe's shape. Its function is to use hexagonal or octagonal idler sets to securely support the tubular belt, ensuring it maintains a consistent form during long straight or curved runs for efficient pipe conveyor working.
Opening and Discharging Sections
