Application
Tube
Electrically welded precision steel tube with tight tolerances to ensure minimal radial runout, reduced imbalance, and quiet, smooth operation.
Bearings
Deep-groove precision ball bearings, DIN 62 and 63 series, 6204, 6205, 6305, 6206, 6306, 6308, C3 or C4.
Seal
The three-lip, non-contact labyrinth seal is designed to prevent contaminants from entering the bearing housing. The surface has been zinc-plated for durability.
Bearing Housing
With strict tolerances, it ensures durability and precise alignment.
Shaft
Cold-drawn steel. Our skilled mills work on steel rods to create shafts with diameters up to 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, and 40 mm (ISO H6 or G6 tolerances apply to seal parts or entire shafts).
Lubrication
The roller assembly is lubricated with waterproof, dustproof, and long-lasting Class 3 lithium grease, ensuring smooth and reliable long-term operation.
