Application
Tube
Precision steel tube electrically welded with tight tolerances to ensure minimal radial run-out, reduced imbalance, and quiet, smooth operation.
Bearings
Deep groove precision ball bearings, DIN 62 and 63 series, 6204, 6205, 6305, 6206, 6306, 6308, C3 or C4 clearance.
Seal
The non-contact three-lip labyrinth seal device is designed to prevent contaminants from entering the bearing housing. The surface has been zinc-plated for added durability.
Bearing housing
With tight tolerances, It ensures durability and precise alignment.
Shaft
Cold-drawn steel. Our skilled grinders work on steel rods to create shafts with diameters up to 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, and 40mm(ISO h6 or g6 tolerances apply to seal parts or entire shafts).
Lubrication
The roller assembly is lubricated with waterproof, dust-proof, long-lasting lithium grease of Class 3, ensuring smooth and reliable operation over the long term.
Circlip spring
Crafted from high-quality spring steel, this component ensures the smooth and reliable movement of roller strings.
