Design
Steel cord Belt conveyor is a common continuous conveying equipment, widely used in mining, harbor, electric power, coal, building materials and other industries. After the motor is started, the drive roller is driven to rotate through the reducer and coupling, and the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt makes the conveyor belt move forward. The material falls onto the conveyor belt from the feeding end of the conveyor, and the conveyor belt transports the material to the discharging end during the running process, thus realizing the continuous conveying of the material. During the conveying process, the tensioning device always keeps the proper tension of the conveyor belt to ensure that there is enough friction between the conveyor belt and the driving roller, so that the conveyor belt can run stably; the intermediate frame and the rollers support the conveyor belt and the materials to reduce the sagging of the conveyor belt and the running resistance; and the redirecting roller guides the conveyor belt in the position where the direction of conveyor belt needs to be changed.
